What these terms cover
These terms apply to every file you obtain through Zolteq's download links, whether paid or free, and to the plugins and mods they contain. By continuing past a download page, claiming a licence key, or using a file obtained this way, you accept them. To reach us, message us on Patreon.
Access through Patreon
Paid files are offered to Patreon members at the tier named in the post. Membership, payment, billing and refunds are handled by Patreon under Patreon's own terms; we do not take payments directly. Patreon requires its members to be adults, and our content is intended for adults.
Your licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the files on computers you own or control. For plugins that use a licence key, the key covers the number of machines stated when it was issued. Within those limits you may use the plugins for anything you like, including content you publish or sell.
You may not:
- share, re-upload, mirror, sell, or otherwise make the files or a licence key available to anyone else, in original or modified form;
- remove, alter or work around licensing, identifiers or other protection in the files;
- decompile or reverse engineer the files, beyond what applicable law allows regardless of these terms.
Personal copies and check-ins
Each download is prepared for the account that requested it and carries an identifier, so a copy found outside Patreon can be traced to the account it was issued to. Plugins may contact our server when they start to report their build identifier, a device identifier, and their name and version. We use this to detect redistribution and may disable copies that have been redistributed. How this data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
If a copy is redistributed
If a file issued to your account is found being shared outside Patreon, we may stop issuing downloads to that account, revoke its licence keys, and disable the copies concerned. Where a device is being used to run copies issued to other people, we may bar that device from using our plugins. Your Patreon membership itself is between you and Patreon. If you believe your account or device was used without your knowledge, write to us and we will look at the records with you.
Updates and availability
We update the plugins as time allows and may change, replace or withdraw a file or a feature. Game updates can break a mod until it is updated; we do not promise compatibility with any particular game version, and we recommend keeping backups of your scenes and cards.
No warranty, limited liability
The files are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using or being unable to use them. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Other terms
- Zolteq is not affiliated with Illusion or ILLGAMES. Honey Select 2 is their property.
- Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live are not affected by these terms.
- If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to download or use the files after a change means you accept the new terms.
